Delivery

The cost of delivering fireworks is through the roof, believe us when we tell you that any charge we issue does not get anywhere close to the actual cost – and we will deliver to most parts of the UK free of charge with orders over £300. There is a larger nominal charge for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Outer Space. Charges are as follows.

Min Order £100 - (3 - 5 Working Days Delivery) £19.95

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands – flat £50 charge.

General Delivery Information

Deliveries must be signed for by a competent adult and if no one is in to take the goods a £20 redelivery charge will have to be administered and we reserve the right to charge this without notice, for this reason it is always beneficial to deliver to a work address. Please advise us if you require delivery on a certain day otherwise the goods will be picked, packed and sent at our earliest opportunity.

Saturday deliveries are possible with a surcharge payable of £22. Please email or phone us should you wish this service.

Whilst we keep good stocks any item that is out of stock will be substituted for a similar item of equal or greater value – however we will attempt to contact you to discuss a preferred replacement.

Certain items are not possible to ship on a courier due to their hazard certification and we advise this on the items product description.

Please make sure you only sign for the amount of items delivered and that you check you have everything you have ordered immediately. Do not wait until the day of your display before checking the contents. Should you be missing any products, we then still have time to rectify the order for you.

Claims for Shortages

Claims for shortages must be made in writing within three days of receipt of your order by email at info@hfmfireworks.com detailing what is missing and your consignment number. We can then contact the couriers for the location of the missing item. In the event the item cannot be found we will either send a replacement or arrange a credit.

Damaged Goods

In the event of our products being delivered to you damaged please take photographs, and please notify us immediately on 020 8798 9299 or via email at info@hfmfireworks.com so we can arrange a replacement and collection of the damaged goods or a refund.

Product Information & Substitution 

All fireworks conform to the European Standard EN15947 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.

Payment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility.

Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over. It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public.
